Tracy Morgan is now one of the first celebrities to wear a SCRAM (Secure Continuous Remote Alcohol Monitoring) anklet.
This device can detect if any alcohol vapors exit from the skin....pretty novel idea.
Anyways, he is able to avoid jail time for his previous DUI. Check out the article below.

I heard of SCRAM device, and the first thing I wondered about was a method to beat it. Like... what if you wrapped your lower leg and foot with saranwrap, underneath the ankle bracelet? and then stayed home and drank? Or both lower legs, as the "vapors" from other leg might also trigger device?
Not an issue with me, as I very rarely drink, and then minimal... and no police problems.
Just wondering !!!
